The ruins of the Hospital de Montouto near the town of A Fonsagrada. The hospital was originally built to house pilgrims along the Camino Primitivo in 1357 and abandoned after the Spanish Civil War. This less-traveled route of the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage runs southwest from the Asturian capital of Oviedo, eventually joining the Camino Frances and ending in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia.
