Seattle, Washington: Museum of History & Industry. A steady rain falls during Seattle’s First Thursday Art Walk. Established in 1952, the museum is the largest private heritage organization in the State of Washington exhibiting artifacts from Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region. It is currently housed in the historic Naval Reserve Armory, built by the Works Progress Administration in 1941-1942 which served as a naval training school during World War II.
