Seattle, Washington: The Old Rainier Brewery. Once home to the Rainier Brewing Company, the mixed-use development of restored industrial buildings now offers live/work space and offices as well as a variety of commercial, storage and warehouse space. The replica red neon “R” was returned to the top of the brewery in 2013. The original landmark “R” now resides in Seattle’s Museum of History and Industry.
