Galicia, Spain: Iglesia San Salvador. The 13th century early Gothic church along Rúa Maior on the Camino Francés is also known as O Salvador. Many pilgrims choose Sarria as the starting point to the Camino de Santiago. The distance from this point to Santiago allows them to travel the necessary kilometers - either by foot, bicycle or horse - to get the Compostela, a certificate of completion of the pilgrimage.
